How to learn the Creighton Model System
Learning our system is done through one-on-one sessions with a trained fertility care practitioner. Follow the steps below to get started today.
Choose your practitioner
Click on the button below to see the bios for all of our amazing Practitioners. Most of the practitioners in our center complete follow-ups online for your convenience. We also teach in person along the Wasatch front.

Schedule your first follow-up
